Junior and Senior Infants have some lovely new friends, 2 cute little gerbils! We had a raffle to choose their names – Alex from Senior Infants came up with “Snowflake” and Joe from Junior Infants named the second gerbil “Marshall.”
They are very happy in their home outside our classroom and are always busy chewing their toys or running on their wheel. They like when we go and talk to them but we must be careful not to be too noisy.
We also have 2 goldfish in our classroom. Their names are “Goldie” and “Spot. We love them!
