We had lemon, sugar, chocolate sauce and toffee sauce for our toppings.

Pancake Tuesday
[st]Every year Junior & Senior Infants make pancakes on Pancake Tuesday. We measure, mix, crack, pour & stir! Then we begin to cook and we make pancakes for everybody in the school – we even make one for all the teachers for their lunch!
