Tuesday February 13th was Pancake Day. We, in Junior & Senior Infants, were very busy. We made pancakes!
We sieved, we poured, we cracked eggs, we mixed, we cooked, we tossed and last of all we ate!
We listened to a story about a very naughty pancake who did not want to be eaten. We drew some lovely pictures of him. Senior Infants wrote out our rhyme “Pancakes.” We even listened to a pancake song. We have lots of photos for you to look at and see how much fun we had.
