Tuesday February 17th was a very busy day in Junior & Senior Infants. We made pancakes. We learned about the ingredients by listening to a story about a naughty pancake who ran away. We got our flour, eggs and milk and mixed them all together. It took us a long time because we had to make lots!
Everyone in the school got some. Look at our photos. The next day we wrote our pancake poem and drew some pancake pictures.
