Our 6th Class were joined by Fr. Paddy Moran for their Retreat. He has a connection to a prison in Ethopia called Arba Minch and he brought lots of paintings produced by the inmates.
The Children were very much engaged by his stories of Change, Forgiveness and Redemption. The children had lots of discussion around the gifts of the Holy Spirit and even explained them through drama.
Everyone got to choose a painting to take home and Fr. Paddy gifted the school with a painting of our School Crest.
This year make our last Retreat with Fr. Paddy, as he heads off to pastures new in Algeria. We wish him well and will have fond memories of his visits here.
