The Department of Education & Skills have, as part of the National Strategy to Improve Literacy and Numeracy among children and young people, developed a website called helpmykidlearn.ie which you can access here. It includes Talk, Play, Read, Write & Count activities for ages 0-12 and it certainly worth a visit.
