Everyone in Kilcleagh N.S. was very proud and excited to welcome Maria Walsh MEP a proud Mayo Woman!
She spoke to the children about many aspects of her work in Europe especially her work in mental health.
She faced some challenging questions from our senior pupils and answered with great clarity and good humour. Maria was very impressed with the children singing and playing music on the day.
We are very grateful to our own John Dolan for organising this visit.
