Tuesday 25th February was a very exciting day in Junior & Senior Infants.
It was Pancake Day.
We had started preparing on Monday by learning a rhyme about making pancakes. We listened to a story about a very naughty pancake who didn’t want to be eaten!
We even did a Pancake Dance – youtube/watch?v=vPccTY3sph4
On Pancake Tuesday we mixed flour, cracked eggs, poured milk and made a beautiful batter.
Then we got cooking and deciding on the most delicious toppings – chocolate sauce was our favourite!
We had a super day and learned lots.
