n fifth and sixth class, we created art inspired by the most recent supermoon at the end of September. The pupils responded to similar artworks. They used blending techniques to create the effect of the moon in the sky and water. Masking tape helped to define the horizons while they were painting the sky. Some pupils used flicking techniques from the paintbrushes to create a starry effect in the night’s sky.
